Releasing from the rear seat

Sedan:
You can access the release handle through the trunk pass-through (rear seat armrest).

To open the trunk lid from the rear seat, pull the release handle towards front of vehicle until the lock releases.
Coupe:
You can access the release handle by folding the rear seat.
Pull the strap, located at the center bottom of the seatback, and then fold down the seatback. (See “Rear seats”.)
To open the trunk lid from the rear seat, pull the release handle towards front of vehicle until the lock releases.
