That price also gets you a six-speaker, six-CD stereo with an auxiliary jack for MP3 players. The M45 starts at $50,250; besides the V-8 engine, it doesn't add much other equipment. Both offer all-wheel drive and a Sport package, but you have to pick one or the other.
