How Does It Stack Up? - 2011 Infiniti IPL G Coupe review - Reviews - Infiniti IPL G

Draw comparisons to the M or AMG bunch, and this Infiniti does not. It is a tad coarse compared with even a BMW 335i coupe or Audi S5. The VQ-series engine isn’t as smooth as a Bimmer’s, and the Infiniti’s shifter requires more effort than the 335i’s or S5’s. But the IPL’s quick, fluid, and responsive steering rivals both for feel. Parlay that with solid grip (0.93 g) and a taut chassis, and the IPL makes a great two-up long-distance GT car preferring to take the roads less traveled.
